Our CPA likes to remind us that the greatest gift of all was free but the preacher in me has to point out that the debt we owed was insurmountable for us. Therefore, our loving God canceled that debt for all of us with the birth, death, burial and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. Just as Macy and Joseph had to exercise great faith, so we must also. For by faith are you saved, that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God! Just as God was faithful to the Holy Family, He will be faithful to you and your family. I believe the greatest challenge to our Faith is yet before us.
When the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us, God gave us hope that could never be dimmed, denied or stopped in any way. This next gift of the Christ child was when He prayed to the Father and He sent another comforter, the Holy Spirit. For that reason Paul the Apostle wrote, “Greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world!”
This is a serious and difficult time in America as we write this Christmas letter, but the hope never burned brighter than it does today! All of us must do our best to share this great news. Our government and the World fail us in many ways but there is a government coming that will never fail or end!
“For a child is born to us, a son is given to us. The government will rest on his shoulders. And he will be called: Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, and Prince of Peace. His government and its peace will never end. He will rule with fairness and justice from the throne of his ancestor David for all eternity The passionate commitment of the LORD of Heaven’s Armies will make this happen” Isaiah 9 6-7 NLT

Christmas and New Years are reminiscent times for all of us. I remember so will how Vicki and I prayed for one hour in every State Capital. When we finished all bills were paid and recently the RV sold and the remaining balance due was also paid. Thank you Lord and thank you dear people,
Christmas is a little merrier this year’
Just a reminder that the IRS requires that all contributions mailed to us must be postmarked by December 31st for us to give giving credit for 2008.

No more sad Christmas times, we have been blessed with so much and must share it with the rest of the World. Jesus will revisit planet earth soon! Let us be faithful to share, to love, and restore others so they can follow our example.
