I am always on the look out for what the Holy Sprrit is doing with the church in America. Needless to say, the economic news has not been encouraging. Even as I write this news letter, there will be another announcement of a large bank (Indy-Mac) being taken over by the federal government. The primary institutions or the housing rnarket Fannie-Mac and Freddie-Mac are being bailed out and reinforced by the government (taxpayers). Greed often plays a major role in the future and fate even of nations We are seeing wild swings in the stock market and of course increases in gas prices as well as food and other grocery costs.

God was faithful to Israel arid as ong as they remained true to God, Israel prospered and was protected. Kings of Israel that frustsd God remained safe, even by miraculous means, if necessary. King Jehoshaphat faced a mighty army much greater than Israel. A prophetic word was given that they were not to be afraid for the battle is not yours, but Gods. We must put our total trust in the Lord Jesus Christ!
Who are the watchmen for America? The believers are Gods watchmen! Men and women of God that seek Gods face and know His heart, are the ones He tells what is going to happen and what we should do about it. David Wilkerson says that right now. America is facing an economic perfect storm.” He says the greatest shaking of all is still to come. The Scripture gives us the answer. The Lord will stay with you as long as you stay with him! When ever you seek him you will find him. But if you abandon him, he will abandon you" 2 Chronicles 15:2

On July 3, Jerry Prosapio returned from Cambodia. He oversaw the dedication of "Katie Hall." the first Teen Challenge center in Cambodia. It happened to fall on tie same day, June 28th., where in New York City they were celebrating the 50th., anniversary of Teen Challenge International, Jerry, in the near future, will be inviting those who are able to come to hear and view a slide presentation of how the Lord is moving in Cambodia.
