A key element of the Helping Neighbors Worldwide Ministries organizing documents is :
To engage in other activities related to educating, ministering and partnering with others within the Christian Community as well as the general public in regards to Christian Stewardship, Ministry and its implementation in a day to day Christian walk.
Therefore it is crucial for the organization to help, encourage, work with and facilitate other ministries, organizations and individuals to partner with Helping Neighbors Worldwide Ministries in order to fulfill its charter.
In order to accomplish the above the ministry adopts and agrees to the following :

The State of Illinois allows the legal mechanism of An Assumed Corporate Name to be used. An Initial fee and annual fee has to be paid to the State in order to have this legally filed and placed On Record. The Outreach Ministry agrees to reimburse all fees incurred on its behalf.
The Outreach Ministry shall open a checking account at an approved bank of Helping Neighbors Worldwide Ministries’ choice. The President and Treasurer of Helping Neighbors Worldwide Ministries shall be signers on the account and have full access to all banking records.

The Outreach Ministry shall prepare a report of its activities ( financial and operational ) for the Board on a quarterly basis.

The Outreach Ministry shall assist and provide all information that the Helping Neighbors Worldwide Ministries Treasurer needs in order to file annual statements with the government and other regulatory agencies.

The Outreach Ministry shall cooperate and assist Helping Neighbors Worldwide Ministries with its activities to the fullest extent possible.
The Outreach Ministry shall hold itself out and disclose to the public that it is an outreach ministry of Helping Neighbors Worldwide Ministries. It is encouraged that this disclosure be printed at the bottom of all publications and letterhead.
